After careful consideration, I have opted not to offer demographic specific discounts, as this would pressure me to increase my prices to compensate. I charge a flat rate for all demographics, so that I can afford to charge less.
If your budget is a concern for you, there are multiple ways to earn discounts, and Conscious Care has incentives and rewards for returning clients. Please feel free to reach out for the most up to date information.

The most important thing is that you are comfortable. 
Ideally, your clothes are loose fitting so that they do not impede your circulation, and while the massage oil used is water soluble, its best you are wearing clothes that you are okay with residual massage oil transferring onto.

Any style of underwear is fine, but please note that if it is too tight, it may impact the techniques being applied to your legs and glutes during your session. Underwear must be kept on at all times.

If you prefer to wear undergarments for breast support during your session (such as bras) it is preferable that it can be unclipped for access to your back.

These guidelines are are to help, not dictate. Show up to your session however you are comfortable or best suits you.
